Rob Fish of 108

I find it nice to see when people and bands evolve in the way that seems pretty natural and genuine for them. Not denying their past, not trying to live off their legends, not using their creds and trying to live up to any labels people put on them, just to be in some kind of a comfort zone, within the group that get used to their image/label. I had a chance to see 108 back in 90s and was impressed and had a pleasure to see them when they got back and made it to Europe again at the Fluff Fest in 2007 and was totally blew away by their strong and emotional performance. They fucked up like three guitar heads during their set, as I remember, was wild as hell. So I sat together with Rob last April and asked him a couple of questions about what 108 is all about these days, his everyday life, what made him the person he is and some other stuff.



Podoba mi się, gdy ludzie czy zespoły ewoluują w naturalny i autentyczny sposób. Nie zaprzeczają swojej przeszłości, ale nie starają się na siłę być tym, do czego przyzwyczaili ludzi i odcinać kupony od swojej legendy. Miałem okazję widzieć 108 w latach 90tych, gdy zrobili na mnie duże wrażenie i miałem przyjemność oglądać ich, gdy zagrali tak samo dobrze na Fluff Feście dwa lata temu. Zniszczyli chyba wtedy ze trzy głowy gitarowe, a na scenie działy się dość szalone rzeczy.
